We founded Potluck in 2024 to build a new kind of restaurant group focused on bringing quality, hospitality, and affordability to the food delivery market. Since leaving Eleven Madison Park, Jack, our Culinary Officer, has been thinking about recreating that experience but at an accessible price. By joining up with Rob, who’s focused on making 3rd party delivery more efficient for the past 4 years, we’re finally able to do just that with Potluck.
